It seems I've helped work myself out of the most important aspect of my job. I think the future of the UIN is pretty secure as long as we can keep the founder nation alive and in the hands of trustworthy and responsible people. This is why I suggested that we keep that nation in the hands of the founding members. It's not about trusting the character people at this point. I'd rather the long-term defense responsibilities stay in the hands of people who invested serious thought, time, and money into the creation of their region since it's much more likely they'll stay around for a long time. Recommendations: I highly recommend that we make the delegate position non-executive. If we need any executive work done, we can place an administrative request in with the founders to take care of it. This will be the last physical risk we need to eliminate.
