ARTICLE I - MEMBERSHIP;
A. Defining Member Nation, as any nation residing within the United Independent Nations (or UIN).
B. Unless otherwise specified within this charter, no nation will be forced to make certain legislation, nor any legislation be banned.
C. Full Member Nations shall be any nation residing within the UIN, shall be a World Assembly member, and shall maintain an account on the offsite UIN forum.
D. Special exceptions may be made for nations unable to join the World Assembly due to previous infractions. Exceptions my only be approved by the unanimous consent of the combined Justices as well as the Representative.
E. Nations who do not meet the full criteria to become a Member Nation shall be henceforth known as "Observer Nations".
F. Observer Nations are still entitled to the rights and protections outlined in the UIN Charter, but are restricted from voting rights and are not allowed to run for office.

A. All Full Member Nations of the UIN are members of Congress, except for those members serving as Justices or as the Representative.
B. Congress shall pass no laws, resolutions, or otherwise binding legislation blocking membership in any shape or form to Full Member Nations.
C. Congress may pass resolutions of self-government, and such procedural rulings shall not extend beyond the duties of Congress.
D. It is the duty of Congress to debate, discuss, and draft laws, resolutions and otherwise binding legislation for the consideration of the Representative.
E. Should the Representative veto legislation, Congress shall override any veto with at least a 3/4 vote in favor of passing said legislation.
F. Congress has the authority to convene in order to impeach the Representative for dereliction of duty, crimes against the UIN, or any other actions that deem the Representative unfit to serve.
G. Any final vote of Congress shall only consider the actual votes counted by the closing of the voting period.
H. The Vice Representative shall preside over Congress and is responsible for keeping order.
