Amendment to the Charter concerning the Founder:
A. The "founder" is to be a nation called The Republic of Gentem Condita.
B. The founder shall be controlled by two nations.
C. The first two nations shall be The Free Land of Democratic Republic of Sapientia and The Big Brothers of Mr Ryan.
D. In case of the resignation or deletion of one the the nations controlling the founder, the other shall designate a new nation to replace the former.
E. The nations controlling the founder shall act only on the "advice and consent" of the representative, in a manner similar to a constitutional monarch.
