The following are my proposed amendments to the charter I want to get the legislature's feedback on them. Section J allows the representative, at their own discretion, to eject or ban any nation that has joined the region with the obvious intention to cause harm. Not only does this article allow the representative to deal with troll, it also officially gives the representative power to ban invading nations, a power that was never specifically outlined. I added section K so a check could be put on the Representative.
Article II-Representative
J. The Representative reserves the right to eject and/or ban nations who are in blatant violation of the Social Contract and is in the region only to cause harm.
K. If the representative chooses to take such actions as outlined in article J the legislature can later deem the action unjust and reverse the ruling.
Please discuss below.

Section K is redundant.
"Article II Section F. Any action of the Representative may be vetoed by a Member Nations Vote in which the votes for a veto surpass the amount of votes against."

That's a good point, I probably will only propose section J then.
